Constellation Records, the Canada-based independent label and home of Godspeed You! Black Emperor and A Silver Mt. Zion, is to release a 5-CD/LP set of UK band Tindersticks' scores for French filmmaker Claire Denis's films in the last 15 years, indieWIRE reports.
Titled Tindersticks' Scores to the Films of Claire Denis 1996-2009, the box set will bring together six soundtracks in total, two of which have never been released before, including the band's score for Claire's last released film, White Material. The set comes with a 48-page book of film stills and an essay, in both English and French, by music writer Michael Hill.
The set will be released April 26; previews will be released next week via Constellation's newsletter.
